Pop-up Name and Email Address Fields

Sorry I forgot to add that I have 2 pop-ups on my website. The one I am having issues with is on my website listed under this link

And everytime I type in my info I receive the below error message. I have tried on both my computer and on my phone and receive the same message. I have even tried taking the name section off of the actual pop-up and only leaving the option to enter the email address. When I tried it that way, I still receive an error message about entering my name.

Also, how do I remove the Facebook Sign In option? That does not work either.

Most likely you are using MailChimp for subscription and specified First Name field as mandatory field in your MailChimp account, and it should be provided for MailChimp subscription. Check your MailChimp account -> Lists -> your mail list which you have chosen for popup -> List fields https://prntscr.com/9mehym and un-check there non-required fields.

I understand that, but if you looked at the screenshot, I already typed in my first name and it comes up with the same error message. How can you fix that issue????
