    Hi, we just renewed our subscription to this plugin and I’ve submitted several support tickets through supsystic.com but did not receive any response besides the automatic message from Zendesk. Our pop-ups lost some of their formatting, and no longer show individual statistics. Instead, the statistics tab shows data for all the plugins at once. We’re using them to track some important information so I would really appreciate some assistance if anyone can help. Thanks very much.

    I tried this but didn’t get a response! I just got the automatic message from Zendesk, but no follow up. Just tried again. Thank you!

    Can you give me the ticket number?
    We didn’t find a similar issue.
    Try creating a new ticket – there was some technical work on the Zendesk side recently.
