Pop up modal not closing

    I’m having a problem with the pop-up modal for the Teams plug-in not closing – having taken advice I’ve been informed that it’s because of a script that’s in my site footer and that it’s the following error causing the problem:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    and that this is either because there’s an issue with jQuery on my WordPress installation or that the code in question is incorrect.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this resolved? Thanks so much!
