Pop-up Links Added in Table Not Triggering (they previously worked)

    Hello,

    I used the plugin ‘Popup Anything’ to create modals for link clicks that I added the shortcode for in TablePress. They worked perfectly, but now seem to not trigger in my table (or work sporadically). The pop-up plugin works when I paste the shortcode into a page, so I know it works. It appears that the script for the modal is being blocked now in the table. Can you take a look? The table is 76. Let me know what info I should use for a temporary user account on my site.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    My guess is that this is related to TablePress’ output caching. Could you please change the Shortcode on that page to

    [table id=76 cache_table_output=false /]

    Hi Tobias,

    Thank you for the quick response. That seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you! I ran a test on my employer’s WiFi, outside connection, and multiple browsers. Now I’m only finding that IE 11 is the non-responsive one. Can you test the page in that browser on your end?

    Hi,

    it’s indeed possible that IE 11 is not responsive. Unfortunately, I can’t test, as I don’t have a Windows computer available. Due to its lack of modern programming features, I don’t see what we could do here though. And given its smaller and smaller market share (even Microsoft has given up on it and replaced it with Edge), I’m not sure that that effort would be necessary.
