pop up library not showing

Hi, I’m using elementor pro, when I try to do a pop up using the popups under “templates > popups” for my website from my WordPress dashboard, it won’t appear the popups library with blocks, popups, and my template, it only appears the normal library which is when you add a new page with page, blocks and my template tabs, and after I finish the popups and publish it, it won’t appear the publish setting for pop up page which have the 3 categories: Conditions, Triggers and Advance Rules. May I know how do I reach that page? all the tutorials for popups using elementor will lead to that page but not for my case.
