Others conditions are working as intended but the specific URL filter is not working at all.

    Here’s what I tried:

    https://www.crystal-roll.com/collection/bracelets/
    crystal-roll.com/collection/bracelets/
    /collection/bracelets/
    www.crystal-roll.com/collection/bracelets/
    /collection/*/
    https://www.crystal-roll.com/collection/*

Nothing works. Also I don’t have a cache plugin and I tried on every browser with private browsing on so don’t waste your time telling me to clear my cache and please fix that.

  • Hi @adamfartassi,

Based on your URL structure using this as a rule should work:
    www.crystal-roll.com/collection/bracelets/

I’ve tested Specific URL condition on my installation and it worked fine so it looks like this is something specific to your installation.
Could you perform a conflict test by disabling other plugins and switching to default WP theme to see if conditions are working fine?
If it does, activate them one by one until the issue is back.
Once we know where the conflict is we can investigate it further from our end.

If the issue is still there after the test can you go to Hustle > Popups and export your popup from there
Upload it to any file sharing service like GDrive or DropBox and share the download link here so we can check your settings.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

Okay I understand what’s going on. Your plugin is set to show the pop-up if the conditions are met in a weird way.

For example if I set the pop-up to show itself only on the checkout page, if I didn’t add a condition to not show it on products, it’ll show itself by default on products as well instead of ONLY on the checkout page.

It’s a really bad design. I only have two pop-ups, I can’t imagine the headache if I make more of these.

    Hello @adamfartassi

    Thank you for your response!

I think, though, that there’s something more into it. I’ve just tested it on my test site this way:

    – I created a popup, using all default settings
    – In “Visibility” section I have added only one condition: “Pages -> Only These Pages” -> selected my checkout paage

    – I save settings (without further changes and other rules) and published popup.

It was only showing up on my checkout page. i believe that either we here are missing something or there is/are additional rule(s) that change that behavior. It would actually be very helpful if we could check these settings so if you could export and share that specific popup (as my colleague suggested earlier) it could help us to find out why this is happening and, if necessary, refer the glitch/bug to our developers.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello @adamfartassi

In order to surpass this you should set your checkout page by using not Pages but Specific URL visibility option. That alone would be enough to only trigger the popup on that page. I also tried it out with the Visitor’s logged out status that you’re using and it works well.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
