Pop up is not showing in mobile and is only working on Chrome

    Hi, I’m setting a popup on my website. I set the rules to show the popup only in one page, but for some reason the image only appears in desktop and using chrome. If I try from Opera browser, or Firefox, or Edge, the popup dont work. In mobile didn’t work neither, even in chrome for mobile. What can be the reason? Thanks
