Pop-up gallery lightbox issue

Hi,
When I add a plugin to show pop-up galleries, the gallery is shown in the post, but not the pop-up gallery lightbox. Only the jpg image appears.
It happens with a lot of plugins, so I think is not a plugin fault.
Is there anything I changed by mistake?
How can I check/fix this?You can see 2 different plugins installed in the same project:
