    Dear Scott,

    Thank you for creating this plugin, it works really well for us both in terms of functionality and site speed.

    There is just one thing we find odd:

    We notice that the writing in the pop-up is slightly ‘fuzzy’, a bit like an unclear image.

    In Firefox, Edge and IE, the pop-up is a little clearer. In other words, this issue is most pronounced in Chrome and Opera.

    Do you know what might be causing this and how can we solve it?

    I’m seeing the same thing. It hurts my eyes to try and read the text. It’s not just the text, though. Any images included in the popup are blurry as well.

    It seems to also affect Safari, but not as severely as Chrome and Opera.

    Hi, can you try this in your custom CSS:

    .holler-box.hwp-popup { -webkit-font-smoothing: unset !important; }

    You could also try “initial” instead of unset.

    We tried this CSS snippet (both unset & initial) but sadly it did not make any difference for us.

    Hi I believe I found the issue, it was related to a 1.1 scale in a transform property. I will release an update with a fix soon.

    I’m just getting one other pretty major bug fix ready to go, I hope to submit the update in the next few days.
