Pop up form using popup maker with W3 Total Cache is not displaying properly

    Hi Everyone!

    I am using Popup Maker with Contact Form 7 for pop up form. The pop up form is appearing exactly in Dev/Test site the way I want, but after installing pop up maker plugin in live site and applied changes to appear pop up.

    The issues i am facing here in live site(W3 Total Cache is activated in live site) are as follows:
    1) The pop up form is appearing in larger size and having more space after the form heading.
    2)Close button is appearing at the end of form
    3)Page layout has changed for pages where popup is activated

    Please help me here. I have searched in google for the solution and tried many blogs.

    @sobha25 – Have you cleared the page caches? Sounds like the page is cached from before you set up popup maker and something isn’t loading correctly, such as styles etc. Also check to be sure there is a valid popup theme created (Popup Maker -> All Themes).

    Hi Danieliser,

    yes, i cleared the page cache and all the caches from W3 Total Cache.
    The same settings are working in test site. Could you please guide me here where exactly i need to change.

    Done in the same way which you mentioned, but still i am seeing broken page layout and also popup is not appearing.

    Please help me to fix this.

    Pop up form appeared properly for few minutes and again i am facing the same issue now. Page layout has changed and form also.

    @danieliser – When i updated css, the form appears fine. But after sometime i am again seeing a broken page.

    Would you please help me here.

    @sobha25 – Do you have a link I can look at? Sounds like not only a caching issue but possibly a JS error. Happy to look at it.

    @sobha25 – Sorry, absolutely. The only thing I am seeing though is that you have it set to be positioned Middle Center. Currently though that only works for content that is shorter than the screen height, like a simple 1 line form with some text, an image with text etc. Long forms typically should just be set to Top Center with a large offset (say 100-200) which makes them appear right at users eye level and scroll down easily.

    Also looks like fixed position is checked. That coupled with center position makes for a terrible experience with longer content. Maybe we can detect the content length in the editor and suggest not using those settings in the future.
