pop up for specific url // using specific # for links to popup

Hi!
I’m using your plugin, but I want it to appear on specific urls (like https://www.mywebsite.com/press/#something-specific) but it doesn’t consider my hashtag #something-specific and just makes the popup appear on the global page (and if I add another one it makes the 2nd then the 1st one appear – how can I resolve?
