Pop up for a Contact form

Could I ask for recomendations of the best way to have a contact form appear in a Lightbox style popup. When a visitor clicks a link the pop up appears.

Something that presenst a clean simple overlay with the form on would be great. I know there are many plugins to choose from but appreciate your thoughts on the best way to do this.
