Pop Up doesnt appear

    A pop up on my website https://www.vidaenalemania.com is active; however, it doesnt appear when I enter through any browser on my desktop and phone. I already tried deleting the cache, but it still doesnt work. It appears only on the editor mode of WordPress. I updated the plug in Popup Box this morning; beforehand the pop up was working.

    Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

    1. Please check what popups you have enabled and for what pages.?
    2. Also, please check whether there are any limitations enabled for the popup or not.
    3. Please provide us with the plugin version you are using with numbers.
    4. As far as I understand, you are using a Cache plugin.?
    Please exclude the link, where the given popup is enabled from the Cache plugin settings and check the case again.
    5. Please head to your WordPress Dashboard and take screenshots from the General, Settings, and Limitations Users tabs so that we can check the settings configuration.
    6. Please clarify this part of your request as I am not sure I understand it correctly:
    <<It appears only on the editor mode of WordPress
