Top right of every page on my site (in the header nav bar) is a ‘Get Started Now!’ link that triggers the pop-up when clicked. For the most part it seems to function flawlessly.

However on one page it doesn’t seem to work at all:

I have tried to figure out what’s going on but am struggling.

    Any ideas?

Thanks for getting involved Mika. Is there no chance of replacing the URL in my initial post with bitly equivalent though?

I made a mistake and accidentally dropped in the full url originally which means the page is now indexed by google for the brand name – not something I want as it’s only meant to be available by a direct link we give out!

@alexd91, The same principle applies I’m sorry; moderators may change your bit.ly links to the actual domain because of what Mika said before:

the rule here is don’t post links you aren’t okay with being public

If you’re not comfortable with it being public then please don’t post it, these are public facing forums and by posting here you should be okay with things being open to anyone and anything (robots). If you’re not okay with things being public then maybe you can sort some private support out with the plugin author or someone else.

@alexd91 – You will find that the links in these forums only show up if you don’t have anything else to find.

If you focus on your sites SEO & Link building these links will likely never show up.

Nearly all of the individual support topics are both no PR and rarely send traffic to my sites other than a few clicks here and there generally though because the link contains related information to the solution of the topic. I wouldn’t count on people clicking your links just because either.
