Pop-up does not show up

    @ugirishm – Looks like you have multiple copies of jQuery loading causing JavaScript errors. Likely your theme footer/header has a script tag linking to a jquery file. Removing that should resolve the issue.

    Check header.php and footer.php in your theme folder.

    Thanks for checking back. I was able to find out the plugin that was causing the issue and now working with the plugin creator to resolve it from his side. Is there something that can be done at popup maker end ignore this issue and make the functionality work? I guess these type of issues will occur with other users as well and probably will help if you can resolve it from your end.

    @ugirishm – In this case there is no way to combat it from our side, but in respect, they are not following WP developer guidelines which state they should explicitly not be doing it that way.
