    hi

    i created a popup, which worked for the first time, now it is not showing any more. i have changed the settings and used private mode in browser, but still it is not there. also i would need an information by email to my private email address, once a visitor has used the popup. have chatted with a consultant, but no results found. I have also deactivated bloom (which usually shows a popup) any idea? thanks ingo

    I have build another pop up and added same display rules, one shows, one does not. yes enabled it just one than enabled the other, so just one is enabled…

    Hello @jarmuzek ,

    We’ve just checked your site and your popup – it is working properly, showing up according to Display Rules that you have set for the given popup. Please make sure you are checking/testing your site and popup from the clean browser when you are testing if the popup is showing up correctly.

    Regarding subscription alerts via email, such a thing is possible if you are using follow.it as an email provider, you just have to enable that in the Publishing > Settings > Alerts section.
