    Appreciate the fast response!

    With tracking enabled, I now see the cookie:
    wpoi-optin-popup-shown-count-1

    It’s value is incrementing on each pageview as I would anticipate – but the pop-up still appears everytime, not just once.

    Have these settings applied:
    Pop-up shown less than: 1
    Close button acts as ‘Never see this message again’ link: Enabled

    Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

    The settings you have applied sound correct. Have you tried clearing your cache? This could be from your browser, a cache plugin, or cache from your host. You can test this by using an incognito window.

    If your site is active you can send the URL so I can have a closer look.

    Still occurs with a cleared host cache, and using an incognito window. No other cache plugins are installed.

    Thank you for the email reply. I worked with the developer to confirm this bug and we were able to replicate the issue. It appears the “never show” feature for Opt-in is not working as it should. In the meantime, you can use the Add “never see this message again” link.
