Pop Up Delay Not Working

    I have set the delay for 20 seconds but when i go on to my website the pop up appears instantly.

    What am i doing wrong?

    Hi John, Do you have Show on Exit option selected as well? If that is the case then whichever criteria is met first will trigger the form. If the cursor is moved outside the browser are before 20 second have passed will trigger the form.
