Pop up customise and trademark symbols

    Hi I have run in to an issue when the excel sheet includes trademark symbols. It either doesn’t load the excel at all or the content in the box cuts off at the trademark symbol…..Is there a way I can include these.

    Also is there a way I can add to the pop up box?

    So for example the box currently shows the price but I would like to show the price plus savings info.
