Since updating to the latest major WordPress version, the pop up is closing when a collapse/expand link is pressed. I assume it thinks it is a conversion.

However, on the individual pop up settings, I have ticked off no to closing on conversion, as I would like it to stay open until someone manually closes it. It still closes.

Before recent wordpress update, it was working fine and would stay on screen.

Is there a fix for this?

Hi, can you enable debug mode and then show me a link where I can see the error?

    Thanks!

Hi Damian: Not sure what you are asking. I am a lay person.

I F12 on IE and got debugging mode. Did you want me to copy and paste the section that has the collapse/expand links? They are shortcodes from a plugin.

    Thanks

Damian – the pop up actually closes when a person clicks anywhere on the screen.

Can you show me a link where the problem is? That way I can give you a solution faster because I will understand the problem

The pop up is after 18 seconds slide in on lower right.

Damian -I am a local business. And have several layers of security. It would be difficult to find argentina to unblock and then reblock.

Thank you very much for your responses. I guess I will just leave the pop up as is, closing on a click.

I understand. Let’s do something and see if it works. I will release a new version soon and I will include a new feature to let users place any link inside the popup but that won’t close if a class spu-not-close is added.

So for example if you link is <a href="google.com">Click</a> you change it to <a href="google.com" class="spu-not-close">Click</a>

I will mark this as resolved but please let me know what happens after upgrade and if that was your issue.

Thank you Damian. I will keep a look out for your next update and give it a try.
