Pop up close button not visible

    Hello,

    I have the following problem:

    In my pop up window you can’t see the close button. It is there, because when I go over it with the mouse, I can close the whole thing, but the user has to know that first.

    What is the reason? I could not find a solution by changing the color.

  • Hi!

    The reason why this is happening is that the close button has the same color as the background you’re using for your form. If you switch the color to something brighter, you can see the button on there:

    In this case, I’d just recommend picking another color for your background or you can use some custom CSS to change the color of the close button.

    Thank you so much! I’ve been trying for so long and finally managed to fix it thanks to you. Just changed the background color and then it was suddenly visible. Not in the preview, but then on the finished page. That was what had irritated me.
