Pop Up Buttons not opening pop up

I am attempting to load my pop up via button on the following URL:
https://www.sizeslim.com/free/
Though, the only way the button works is if I have the popup set up to display on that page, but I do not want it to automatically pop up.
I am showing no errors in the console, not sure where to go from here but love the plugin!
Any advice would be great.
