Pop up Builder not showing embedded video on landing page

I checked your landing page and noticed that there is a pop-up, but it doesn’t contain any video. Could you please confirm the type of pop-up you are using?

Hi there, thank you. We do use the HTML pop up version that has the embed code for the youtube video. It use to always work with this, showing video via the html pop up….but does not work anymore.

I just saw now a message saying ‘ please connect your user account to wordpress. com’. Do i need to connect a user account >>>???? is this new for Wp pop up builder?
