    I have built a pop-up for my ecommerce site but it is not showing properly after 5 seconds even the preview is not available. Could you please help me to sort the issue.

    Hi @mystellarshop,

    I just checked your website, and I can see the pop-up.

    Here’s a screenshot.

    It may be that you have fixed the issue already. However, if you’re still not seeing the pop-up, it could be that you’re using an extension that is blocking it. In this case, could you please try to access the website in incognito mode and let me know if it works?
