    For responsiveness you should give width or height value(s) in percents(%) and then you should set max width and height values for putting a limitation on how much bigger the popup can get.

    Is that a way to set a href (hyperlink) on the image as well?

    To show popup on click you can use our short code.
    Example:
    [sg_popup id=”1″]<img src='..'>[/sg_popup]
    or
    [sg_popup id=”2″]Your button[/sg_popup]
