Pop-up Breaks WooCommerce Store

    I created a pop-up where a product is loaded via a WooCommerce shortcode. If you click ‘Pay My Bill’ in the top right a product form is loaded. But this breaks the store. No products are loaded in the store page. When I put the box in draft mode the store products now load. Anyone no why this is conflicting and is there away to fix it and still have it function the way I need it?
