Pop Up Box is not popping up

    I set up a MailChimp account last night. It is the free version. I had it set up to have a pop-up box for subscribers with the incentive of receiving a PDF document. I set up the confirmation email that sends the document to the subscriber.

    The box popped up once but hasn’t since. I installed the MailChimp plug in, but can’t figure out why my box isn’t popping up.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My site is https://www.flightsoffancymom.com – WordPress Version is 4.8. MailChimp plugin version is 4.1.5

    Hi,

    Our plugin doesn’t come with a pop-up box. Are you using our other plugin: Boxzilla?

    I went through MailChimp’s website. Set it up through there. Had it set up to send the final confirmation email with a PDF to go to anyone who signed up. The box popped up once and not since.

    So I installed the plug-in. Still nothing. I installed Boxzilla, but going through the plug-in, it looks like I have to pay to have the pop-up?

    Boxzilla is free. We have a Premium version with more options.
    If you wish to use Boxzilla + MailChimp for WordPress (both are free and have Premium add-ons) I can help you with that. You will need to create the form in MailChimp for WP, and put the shortcode to that form in your Boxzilla box.
