Pop-up box is blank

    There should be a pop-up box on the bottom right of this site. This worked for months and I’ve noticed now it only displays the container (tiny blank box) with no content. There is definitely content specified – I have a mailchimp sign up form and some text but nothing is displaying.

    Hi Lauren,

    Did you somehow resolve this already? When checking your page I see the box pop-up with the sign-up form in it. Could it be that this is perhaps a caching issue?

    Neither I nor my assistant can see it…we’ve cleared the cache. We see just a tiny orange box with no content.

    I also just tried creating a new, simple text box on a single page – I’m experieincing the same problem. The boxes always show tiny without any content whatsoever.

    Please update to the latest version of Boxzilla and see if the issue still occurs.
