• The pop-ups do pop up, but nothing is there. The content is blank. If I disable the sections as pop-ups, then the content is there. But when I make the sections pop-ups, they are blank. I’ve double checked the links and “#” they are correct.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @clintonpratt,

I noticed that you have opened a support ticket too. If it has been resolved there, you can close this ticket and if you need anything else, feel free to let me know.

It has not been resolved still.

    Dear @clintonpratt,

Yes, I see that you are in correspondence with Philipp on the subjected issue. I am just closing this thread to keep the communication on our support portal and to avoid any possible communication gap.

    Regards,
    Syed

    Where is the support portal?

    Hello @clintonpratt,

Support portal is there on the main website https://www.divimode.com and I see that the following response is given against your ticket.

    Hi Clinton

Our JS API is tailored towards developers who know how to implement custom logic into the plugin, and we do not provide custom code support with the free plugin.

However, your required feature is already included in our premium plugin Divi Areas Pro, so I suggest giving it a shot. As mentioned, you do not need to change anything, but only install and activate the plugin.

About that page: I’ve tested it, and I can see the calculator when I let the page load in the background – i.e., open the URL and instantly switch to a different browser tab. After 3-4 seconds, switch back to your website tab and open the Popup; now, you can see the calculator. But when you keep the website visible while it loads, the calculator does not work. Most likely, the reason is that background tabs load slower, and scripts are executed in a different order.

How do I access the support ticket? I don’t have an account, so I can’t login. The only option it gives me is to “create a new ticket”
