Pop-up below footer

I just installed the plugin. I have it set to only warn IE users with IE7 or lower. The pop-up window shows up below and to the left of the footer and doesn’t block the page at all when I view the page with IE7 or IE6. Is there something I can adjust to position it at the top and centered?
