Pop up appears when customers refresh the page

thank you for taking the time to answer me , what i meant is that when a customer subscribed pop up must not appear to that customer again…

Our plugin has no way of knowing if the customer has subscribed from the pop-up. We have a paid-on that works with MailChimp that you can use. You can learn more about it at https://boxzillaplugin.com/add-ons/mailchimp/.

i have seen many websites have pop up like mine, pop up can appears for someone who came to the website for the first time, and when he subscribes pop up will never appear to that person again, i think it is about cookies or something, i hope you understand me …
i made immigration between Contact Form 7 and Mailchimp and then i put the shortcode in Boxzilla pop up, but the Boxzilla pop up keep showing every several time to the same visitor even after subscription….

Hey @gentle2309,

You can use some cookies but this would require custom code and is beyond the scope of our support. Also, our box settings have option to not show the box for certain amount after the user closes it.
