pop up appearing when set to “never”

Hi guys.

I’ve set a link show my pop up when clicking “I Need It”.

Settings for the box are: request any of the following conditions + auto show box never. However, the pop up is loading when you visit the site.

I’ve cleared the cache, deactivated and reactivated Boxzilla. Any suggestions?
