Pop-up all of a sudden

Hi,

Since not to long when I open my website, a strange pop-up comes up. I thought it had to do with the Cookienotice plugin I installed earlier, but I deactivated and deleted the plugin and the pop-up still comes up.

Can someone help me to have it removed from my site? Below the screenshot:
