Pop-up

In the link I sent, I have set a pop-up (with subscription form) using Pop-up maker that opens in 3 seconds once the page is loaded. And also I set a cookie once the pop-up is closed and the cookie expires in 1 minute. For the first time, the pop-up opens correctly. For the second time (After the cookie expired), only the overlay of the Pop-up appears behind the content of the page. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
