    Hello,

    I have just installed your plugin and love it. The only problem I’m having is the pop window doesn’t pop up at all. When you click on the button to add gift wrapping in the cart nothing happens.

    I disabled the pop window and everything then works fine, but I like the look of the button and the sound of the pop up much better.

    If anyone could help I would be very grateful.

    I have my website set to no pop up just now so the gift wrapping is functional, but I can set it back to pop up so you can see the problem and what I mean if you like.

    Hi nmssxty,

    I’m aware of a conflict with certain plugins and themes and I’m working on it (granted, I cannot prioritize it over my M-F paid work, and so it’s going slowly).

    Your site uses so many plugins and a fairly complex theme so it’s difficult to tell where the conflict is, but anyway, I’d like at some point to work in a different modal into this plugin so this just never happens.

    Hello,

    Sorry I am just replying! I have only just had time to have a look at my website and try to change it.

    The pop up still doesnt appear to be working on my website for some reason.

    I’ll continue to use the other option just now, I just thought you should know.

    I totally understand you’ve got to go where the paid work is ??

    Yes I am a bit plugin happy and have lots on my site lol!
