Pop Over Not Working

WordPress Pop Up Plugin – Version 4.4.5.4

I have read the previous threads and do not have an answer as to why my pop up is not working on the home page of https://firststepsderbyshire.co.uk/

The only settings I have changed are

show less than three times

and show on specific url – https://firststepsderbyshire.co.uk/index.php and https://firststepsderbyshire.co.uk

I have tried adding it to the footer and removing less than three times and nothing?
