I am not able to understand why popovers are no longer showing to guest users.
I have deactivated my Toolset Access plugin, to no avail.
Saved features and deactivated Travelers’ Map, no results again.

Any idea what may be causing this issue?

    Dear Ivan,

Indeed, there is no link on your markers, the mouse cursor is not changing.

I will need more information please,
when you say “no longer showing”, it means it worked before? When? And what did you do between that moment and now?

If you have a plugin or something that is adding some code to the WordPress Queries, it might be it. You mentioned Toolset Access, I don’t know that but I saw on google what it does. Maybe even after deactivating it, your posts are still in private mode or something?

Also, I can’t debug anything on your website because I can’t open devtool console, you have a plugin or script that denies it (moreover, an intrusive script like that which is disabling right clicks and devtool console, could be the cause to a lot of problems I think, even your map problem)
If we could see if there is an error in the console, that would help us here.

    Hi Camille,
I found out that was causing the problem was precisely the plugin that prevents right clicks. The name of the plugin is “WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click (Premium)”

Not only it is interfering with Travelers map popover but also with other layout issues.

I shall take it form here. Thank you for your prompt support

    all the best
    Ivan
