Pop-out menu's behind "Advanced Page Manager" table

Hi,

What an awesome plugin, thank you. Just a small not which I don’t know if you know about or not.

When used in conjunction with the “Advanced Page Manager” plugin, the menus end up behind the <table> that Advanced Page Manager creates to hosts the pages.
