Pop Builder is not working

Hi,

I’m about to buy the license of this plugin for an ecommerce site from one of my clients but before that I’ve been testing my site to become fully familiariarized.

The test consists of a simple pop html with a photo and a text. (On load – 3 seconds in the Homepage)

However; when doing the test in my URL under the wordpress editing mode (cpanel) I see that it works but when I close the section and login as any visitor the plugin does not do its job.

I have tried like using the incognito mode in Chorme and Firefox disabling the ABP (adblock) but I do not get results.

I have read an exception that should be written in autoptimize “popup-builder-platinum / javascript /” but it does not work either.

Could someone help me what to do to make this plugin work?

I use WP 5.0.2 – PHP 7.0.33 – Cloudflare – Autoptimize – WP-Optimize – WebP Express – Cache Enabler – a3 Lazy Load –

The pop builder version that I’m using is 0.10.0 (the version 0.11.1 gives interface problems for its management from the cpanel – the functionalities are frozen)
