Pop-box works on some pages but not others

  • I created a Pop-Box and while editing in Elementor (under Advanced [settings]), I ensured that is is visible on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. Then, I created two templates in Elementor Pro, one for mobile/tablet and one for desktop, each with a button to trigger the Pop-Box.

    On one of of my website pages, the Pop-Box doesn’t pop-up when the button is clicked on the desktop, yet on a different page, that exact same desktop template with the same button to the same Pop-Box, does work.

    Similarly, the same is happening when viewing the mobile template. The Pop-Box will appear on one of my pages, but not another.

    There is no consistency.

    Is this an Elementor Pro issue or a Pop-Box issue? It used to work just fine and now it doesn’t.
