pop box and optin cad only works after logging in WordPress panel of my website

    I have a problem on the newsletter registration page. A few months ago everything worked. Later, when typing the e-mail in the pop box, the message popped up: couldn’t verify submission, try reloading. Now the pop box does not appear after pressing the button that previously triggered it. What’s most interesting, all options work only when I’m logged in to the administrative panel of the wnetrzagalewska.pl website on WordPress. As soon as I log out and enter the site as a guest using, for example, the incognito mode, the button and pop box do not work. I have already consulted this problem with Getresponse, no errors can be seen on their side. They pointed to a problem with the Opt-in Cat plug-in. All plugins on the site are updated. I cleared cookies from the site. Still the same.

    Hi Wnetrzashop,

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this issue, I apologize for that.

    This sounds like a caching or nonce issue perhaps.

    I am thinking there is a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    The following steps will tell you whether or not you are experiencing a conflict, and with what piece of software the conflict is with.
    The steps are as follows:

    Deactivate all plugins, except Quiz Cat.
    See if the issue persists:
    If so, your issue is not caused by a conflict with a plugin.
    If the issue is gone, one of the deactivated plugins or theme was causing a conflict.

    You need to find which.
    Reactivate your plugins one at a time, and check after each to see if the issue returns. When it does, you will have found the plugin conflict.
    If a plugin conflict is not found, check the theme next. Revert to a default WordPress theme like ‘Twenty Twenty’.

    If the issue is gone, you have a theme conflict.
    If not, the issue is not caused by your theme or a plugin.
