• I just purchased the pro version and things are working well except that the csv export puts data into up to 3 different columns. And the data is inconsistent depending on the row, e.g. one row may have several columns worth of data in column B and the other row has those same data in column C. So I can’t do a normal text-to-column operation to get a workable report. Need to know how to fix this.

You need to import it into your spreadsheet program and select the correct delimiter “;”

Depending on your spreadsheet program, is should give you a preview that will put the data in the correct columns. How this works by default depends on your spreadsheet program and region.

Thanks. That’s what I was doing and it didn’t work for some reason in Excel Mac 2011, but using Semicolon plus Tab and Comma finally worked.

Correct, depending on your program and region, you may need to use the import region. The same program will import differently using a double click open in different regions (Europe or US for example).
