Also, regarding the mandatory deactivation, yes, we wanted to collect the deactivation reason so that we will know exactly what issue you are facing then we can take the necessary steps to improve the plugin.
We worked on it and right now you can deactivate the plugin without even selecting any reason. Simply Select the Submit button and the plugin will be deactivated.
