    Do you have any idea that people have similar problems and would learn from the solution you provide to one? Why do you keep asking people to open a support ticket?

    Hi @base007,

    That’s because some issues are caused by the user’s environment and interaction with other plugins. In most cases, FTP access or WP credentials are necessary to find out about the reasons of the incorrect behavior. This information can be asked only via direct email communication.

    Also, we cannot provide any support for the PRO version here, this includes any pre-sales topics as well. We have no problem supporting Bookly users on our own site.
