Poor UX, rude support team, predatory business practices

***NOTE: This plugin will bill you as a subscription, auto-renew at one year, and the team will not provide refunds for unwanted auto-renewals if you miss the deadline to change your settings. They explicitly prevent refunds for renewals in their Terms of Service. Buy at your own risk.***
If you don’t like the way that the plugin looks out of the box, developing custom CSS to re-style the front-end is also very unwieldy. Be prepared to spend a lot of time figuring out which elements are styled via pseudo-classes (:before, :after). The UX for managing wishlists is not intuitive and didn’t meet the level of design sophistication I was looking for.
Because of these design flaws, I didn’t intend to renew my subscription. When I got the email notifying me of an unwanted renewal, I wasn’t able to find a way to manage my subscription on the website, find out if my payment information had been saved, and (if so) delete access to my payment information. After the auto-renewal, I figured out that you have to log in to their website, click on your historical order for the PRIOR year’s subscription, and THEN turn off the auto-renewal option. If you purchased the plugin via PayPal, there is no way to remove access to your PayPal account through their website.
Despite the fact that I was only a few days past the renewal, the support team refused to provide a refund and were extremely rude to me in our interactions. Worst experience with a WordPress plugin I’ve ever had.
