Have your emails remained unanswered with our stipulated SLA of 12-24 hours.
have we not chatted with you on Google Hangout or the live chat on our website?
We have never mentioned or said that we offer telephonic support for our products. So if you consider that as poor support system, then I am afraid that’s something we never promised.
FYI, our binary system plugin has more than 5000 downloada on www.remarpro.com and 200+ installations of the pro version. Not even 1 customer has pointed out any flaw with the binary logic. If you are not able to understand the concept then please do not blame it on our product.
