• I really want this to work. However it does me no good if emails end up in my customer’s spam folder. I have tested several of the main email hosts; Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and every one of them spammed my test emails from Creative Mail.

Support was weak, uninformed and lacked the resources or skill set to help me. I asked about a DKIM key generator to help the situation. They don’t have one, nor is their support that prepared. It has been 3 days since they said they would respond and I’m still waiting.

Already making a move to see if Mailchimp would be a better alternative.

Hi @joegiglia, we’re really sorry to hear that you’ve not had a great interaction with our support team. If you are finding that your emails are landing in Spam, it may require adding a DIKM record.

Can you provide us with your open support case number(s) or your email for the account so we can open a support inquiry and work on this request for you?

Thank you for your time and for using Creative Mail by Constant Contact!

Hi @joegiglia, we hope you were helped out already and are out there sending lots of awesome campaigns, but we did want to follow up with you to let you know that we understand your feedback and are working on enabling users to create their own DKIM records.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us and for being a Creative Mail user!
