Poor support/refund requested

  • I submitted a ticket a few weeks ago, I haven’t received a reply. I have an issue with variations not working properly after clicking on any image in the gallery.

    The variation image changes after the color and size options are selected, but once you click on any image in the gallery and then you try to select a different variation, the image does not change to the selected variation.

    All my variations are set up correctly on woocommerce. I requested a refund because of poor support, still haven’t received a reply from them.
    How can I get my money back?
