• Before I start with the bad support situation I need to clarify that the plugin is more than great. It gives solutions for almost every situation.

    But, more than one month ago it stopped working. I contact the support but after 15 replies they don’t seem to find a solution. They keep blaming other plugins but I disabled all plugins to see if that’s true. And it is not!

    As normal I notice them that it’s not about other plugins but there’s and they are very but very slow in responding. Still waiting for a question 1 week ago, support needs to answer quicker?

    No response also, I would like to go farther with my work. But without this great plugin working, I can’t. So for the plugin, I give two stars the support is awful.
    If there is another plugin in the future with better support I won’t hesitate to move to that plugin.

    So please fix the support because I am losing my patience.

    Dear Jan,

    This is a review but a critical one, it is indirect some feedback for them. They got a great plugin with many functionalities. But their support is really poor and I think when selling a plugin they should work with support and the issues.

    My problem is a technical problem what should improve their plugin if they fix it.
    I would let the others know that the plugin is great but support not so great.
