poor support, poor plugin

  • bought the premium version. lost my rankings in google. run some checks and over 3000 of my pages were taking 10 seconds or more to load thanks to this plugin.

    support was useless. i’m sure this plugin works fine if you have about 15 products otherwise it is useless.

    don’t expect to be properly supported. they just tell you try all the options.

    if you value your business this is not the plugin for you.

    an update to this is that the product category filter does not function correctly. this is the reason the pages load so slowly. once removed pages load as expected but the filter is useless if it cannot filter categories. it is my belief that the devs cut corners on development around this section because the category filter wouldn’t be needed by most users because the filters would themselves be used on category pages.

    The end result is an underdeveloped plugin that should be avoided
